Collection, Use, And Disclosure
We collect, use, and disclose personal data for reasonable purposes connected to PresentForMe.AI: account creation, authentication, billing, deck uploads, AI narration, shared presentation playback, viewer analytics, customer support, service reliability, abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, and product improvement.
Cookie Choices
Essential cookies and local storage support login, security, checkout, saved preferences, and presentation workflows. Optional cookies and third-party widgets, including support chat, load only after consent. Visitors can accept optional cookies, reject them, or revisit Cookie Settings in the footer.
Service Providers And Data Intermediaries
We use service providers for infrastructure, storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, support, and AI processing. These providers are authorised to process personal data only for the services they provide to us, and we review data protection and security expectations before relying on them.
Cross-Border Transfers
Personal data may be processed or stored outside Singapore when our providers operate infrastructure in other jurisdictions. Where the PDPA applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure transferred personal data receives protection comparable to the PDPA, including contractual and operational safeguards.
Protection Measures
We use HTTPS, scoped user sessions, controlled storage, restricted operational access, provider security controls, logging, and review processes designed to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, loss, or misuse of personal data. See Security for more detail.
Retention And Disposal
We retain personal data only while needed for service delivery, account administration, security, legal, dispute resolution, and accounting purposes. When data is no longer needed for a business or legal purpose, we delete, anonymise, or otherwise cease retaining it where practicable.
Access And Correction Requests
You may ask for access to personal data we hold about you, information about how it has been used or disclosed, or correction of inaccurate personal data. Contact hello@presentforme.ai and include enough detail for us to verify and process the request.
Data Breach Response
If we become aware of a possible data breach, we assess scope and impact, take containment and remediation steps, and notify the PDPC and affected individuals when required by applicable law.
