Information We Collect
We collect account details, authentication information, billing records, uploaded presentation files, generated presentation assets, viewer activity, device and log data, usage analytics, and support communications needed to provide PresentForMe.AI.
Cookies And Local Storage
We use essential cookies and local storage for login, security, checkout, theme preferences, and presentation editing workflows. Optional third-party widgets, such as support chat, load only after you accept optional cookies. You can change your choice using Cookie Settings in the site footer.
How We Use Information
We use information for reasonable business purposes: operating the service, processing uploads, creating AI-led presentations, hosting shared playback links, providing analytics, handling billing and account management, improving reliability, preventing abuse, securing the platform, complying with legal obligations, and responding to support requests.
Sharing And Processors
We may disclose information to service providers and data intermediaries that support hosting, storage, payments, analytics, authentication, email delivery, customer support, and AI processing. We require service providers to use personal data only for the services they provide to us. We do not sell personal information.
International Transfers
Some service providers may process or store personal data outside Singapore. Where the PDPA applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure transferred personal data receives protection comparable to the PDPA, such as contractual safeguards and vendor security review.
Protection
We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. See our Security page for more detail.
Retention
We retain information while your account is active or as needed for service, security, legal, dispute resolution, and accounting purposes. When personal data is no longer needed for a business or legal purpose, we delete, anonymise, or otherwise cease retaining it where practicable.
Access, Correction, Withdrawal, And Deletion
You can update account information, delete presentations from your dashboard, manage billing through the billing portal, and contact us for privacy requests. You may request access to personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion, subject to legal and operational limits.
Data Breach Handling
If we become aware of a data breach, we assess the incident and take containment, investigation, and remediation steps. Where notification is required, we will notify the PDPC and affected individuals as soon as practicable under applicable law.
